Our hands on management approach means our operations staff has been put through extensive training and certification processes to ensure that they know exactly what to look for when auditing a building’s cleanliness, what training the cleaning staff need, and how to run a building’s cleaning program efficiently and effectively. With a six week on-boarding program and continued training with resources such as CMI and IICRC, REDLEE/SCS’s Operations Managers are the best in the business. General cleaners and supervisors also have an extensive training program
that addresses everything from our chemical dispensing systems to facility
specific policies and guidelines to be followed. It’s an area that
has a history of being neglected, but at REDLEE/SCS, we believe training
is essential to creating an effective cleaning crew and helps to reduce
turnover. When cleaners are given proper instructions on how to handle
various situations, steps can be taken to avoid problems and do a more
effective job. |
