REDLEE/SCS GROUP Discusses Green Cleaning On 1360 AM BIZ Radio
Dallas, TX -- (COPORATE COMMUNICATIONS)—February 25, 2008
On Saturday, February 23, Regional Vice President of Business Development David Martinez appeared on 1360 AM discussing the green movement in the commercial office building industry. The Shivaun Palmer Show is on each Saturday on BIZ Radio from noon to 1:00 pm and covers current events around Fort Worth. Because Green Cleaning is one such issue, David took the opportunity to share with Shivaun the trends in the industry as well as REDLEE/SCS’s approach and expertise to green. He has researched green cleaning for quite some time, seeing it becoming the norm in the industry and truly enjoyed taking the time to help educate others on the subject.
David shared some background information as well as steps any property manager can use to help take their cleaning contracts green in stages; providing options that do not cost more than current prices, all the way to some options that require significant capital investment; something the company has focused on since green came to the forefront. He finished up by sharing some statistics from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) about how green cleaning can impact and benefit an office building’s overall health for its tenants.
REDLEE/SCS will be receiving an audio copy of the conversation for those interested in hearing it in its entirity.
