"It is especially rewarding to me to have an opportunity to visit with co-workers that really take pride in themselves and the work that we do." were the words from Charlie Redfearn, C.E.O. to Jacqueline Heiskill.

In a recent trip to Richmond, VA, Charlie was visiting our customers at the James Center, and it was not long before his eye-for-detail was caught by Jacqueline's professionalism. The organization, cleanliness and sharp presentation of her cart are an equal representation of her character and appearance. "It is a warm pleasure, (Charlie continued) getting to meet those that work hard for our company and keeps the customer smiling every day." 

Jacqueline has been keeping our customers happy since she joined REDLEE/SCS GROUP in March of 2002. We are excited to recognize such a great person dedicated to our customers and service. Jacqueline, the spotlight is on you...thank you!!!
