REDLEE/SCS has successfully executed a comprehensive parking lot re-allocation project to update and modernize a client’s accessible parking layout. The project required the complete removal of old, outdated white parking lines and the extraction of several existing ADA handicap signs anchored into the concrete. Utilizing specialized grinding equipment and professional concrete restoration techniques, our crews cleanly obliterated the old markings and safely removed the post-mounted signage, leaving a clean, smooth canvas that minimized scarring to the original surface.
Once the pavement was fully prepped and cleared of ghost lines, REDLEE/SCS applied brand-new, high-visibility ADA compliance stencils to establish the newly optimized accessible parking layout. The fresh markings featured crisp, regulation-blue backdrops overlaid with the standard international symbol of accessibility, alongside clearly defined, freshly striped adjacent access aisles.
Every stage of the layout reconfiguration was executed in strict accordance with the latest Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, ensuring proper stall widths and slopes. By seamlessly managing the transition from removal to re-application, REDLEE/SCS provided the client with a fully compliant, high-visibility parking solution that optimizes property accessibility and improves overall traffic flow.
