About Charles (Chuck) Redfearn Jr.:
Charles "Chuck" Redfearn Jr. is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of REDLEE/SCS, INC., a leading nationwide provider of commercial facilities management and janitorial services. Alongside his father, Charles Redfearn Sr., Chuck established the enterprise in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in December 1982. In the company’s earliest days, Chuck was heavily involved in the fieldwork, personally managing the cleaning crews and daily operations while his father focused on securing foundational corporate contracts, such as their landmark early partnership with Oral Roberts University.
Under Chuck's executive leadership, REDLEE, INC. transformed from a modest, family-run venture into a major multi-state organization. He guided the company through pivotal growth milestones, including its expansion into Dallas, Texas, in 1984, and a strategic merger in 1994 that established the modern REDLEE/SCS corporate framework and catalyzed its reach across the East Coast. True to its roots, Chuck ensured the company retained its private ownership and family-managed culture, eventually achieving certification as a Native American minority-owned business that handles tens of millions in annual revenue and coordinates thousands of cleaning professionals nationwide.
Deeply impacted by personal losses within his family, Chuck helped weave a profound spirit of community service into the company's core DNA. He championed major philanthropic initiatives, including the annual Pam Redfearn Holman Memorial Charity Clay Shoot to support veterans and the Jill Redfearn Award to honor branches that dedicate the most community service hours. Today, while stepping back from daily chief executive operations to pass leadership to his two daughters, Chuck remains an active visionary as Chairman, anchoring the company’s corporate standards of excellence, integrity, and social responsibility.
