Based in Dallas, Texas, Jerry brings decades of specialized industry experience to his leadership role, where he is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and driving service quality across the company's core commercial real estate portfolio.

Jerry’s extensive career in facilities services spans over thirty years, characterized by deep expertise in high-standard maintenance operations, including commercial janitorial services, specialized marble maintenance, and power washing. He joined REDLEE/SCS in December 2000, initially serving as a District Manager where he developed a strong foundation in managing localized team performance and client relations. Prior to his long tenure at REDLEE/SCS, Jerry honed his leadership and operational skills as the Vice President of Operations at Maintenance of Dallas Inc. from 1994 to 2000.

In his current executive capacity, Jerry oversees complex facilities management frameworks, ensuring that regional operations align seamlessly with corporate standards and regulatory compliance.
