Christi Redfearn is a dynamic leader and the Chief Financial Officer (and former Chief Strategy Officer) of REDLEE/SCS, INC., a prominent, nationwide commercial facilities management and janitorial services enterprise based in Dallas, Texas. As a third-generation leader, Christi represents the enduring legacy of the family-owned business, which was originally established by her grandfather and father. Her deeply rooted connection to the organization began at the ground level, famously working her way up from buffing floors to mastering marketing, development, and strategic planning before eventually taking the helm to drive the company's modern vision. She holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
