Megan Williams serves as the Executive Director of REDLEE Charities, where she plays a pivotal role in upholding the philanthropic legacy of the REDLEE/SCS organization. As the daughter of founders Chuck and Jill Redfearn, Megan has integrated service into the company’s corporate DNA, driving initiatives that support a wide range of community organizations. Her leadership is characterized by a deep personal commitment to continuing the charitable work established by her mother and aunt, ensuring that the spirit of giving remains a central pillar of the family business.

With a professional background spanning over twenty years, Megan effectively balances her executive responsibilities with a passion for community outreach. Under her guidance, REDLEE Charities has fostered significant partnerships with organizations such as the American Valor Foundation, HopeKids, Patriot PAWS, Heroes on the Water, Children's Health, Hydrocephalus Association, Meals on Wheels, and Habitat for Humanity. She is particularly known for her work in organizing the Pam Redfearn Holman Memorial Charity Shoot, an annual event that honors her family’s history while raising essential funds for veterans and first responders.
